Zelay test network has added a new consensus computing power test from now on, the specific contents are as follows:

I. 3 types of consensus computing power rewards

1. Daily computing power weight: automatic computing power rewards are added every day, with an upper limit of 3 times computing power;

2. Monthly voting limit: an additional 150 votes can be obtained each month, with an upper limit of 4,300 votes;

3. New node subsidy: when a new node is started, it can enjoy full vote computing power subsidy (condition: ZEL votes 100 votes or more), effectively lowering the threshold for new users to participate in voting.

II. Special Notes

1. The above computing power and voting quota will be restored to the initial value and recalculated after the token transfer operation;

2. The new node subsidy policy can only be enjoyed once, and it will be restored to the actual voting computing power after the transfer.

III. Mainnet Upgrade Arrangement
This test is expected to last until May 7, when the mainnet will be upgraded and 10 nodes will be opened. Please make relevant preparations in advance. Thank you for your support and cooperation!
